New Esthetician Training
It's not uncommon that some Estheticians need additional training or direction once they become licensed.
Mrs. B is here to help you develop the confidence and clarity needed to be success spa professional. Below is a list of services to assist New Esthetician along their new journey. By joining Mrs. B monthly groups you gain a mentor that will share industry knowledge, discounts and job referrals with you.
In-Person Customized Refresher Course
This is a month long training. We will meet in person once a week or four times within a month's span. You may choose from topics like Facials, Chemical Peels, Waxing, Eye brow service, Social Media, Content creation, Mobile spa, Spa business operation, plus more. We will also communicate through phone calls,email and video conferencing. There will be a combination of live demostartions and hands on practice
Online Refresher Course
Enroll in a pre-recorded online Refresher course. This course is self paced. Mrs. B encourages you to practice on live models. Course includes a one month mentorship (from date of purchase). You may reach out to Mrs. B via email with any questions regarding your progress.
Get your Professional products and kits
Mrs. B will offer you a cost efficient way to purchase your products for services. Most facial product investments may cost as little as $250.00. You will be aligned with quality brands that will enhance your services. You will have a professional account with no ordering minimums.
You will also receive info regarding waxing products, treatment room supplies and equipment.
Board Exam Asssitance
Mrs. B will assit you passing your state exam. This includes a month long one on one study group. We will identify your area of concern and create a custom training system for you. We will also identify the best testing and learning practices that will be most helpful.
